Meet Jonathan: Stylist at Salon Diversions

Jonathan brings years of experience and a wide range of training to Salon Diversions, including education with Ricci’s Tony & Guy in Connecticut, Ego Barber in London, and Masters of Balayage in California. His love of travel has also given him the chance to experience hair, style, and beauty from all over the world.

Jonathan enjoys working with all kinds of hair and isn’t afraid to switch things up. He’s especially comfortable with men’s cuts, fades, clipper work, and shorter styles, while also working with longer cuts, color, and dimensional color. He likes getting to know the person in his chair and creating something that fits their style, personality, and everyday routine.

His interest in the beauty industry started early. As a kid in the 1990s, Jonathan was already experimenting with his sister’s hair and makeup. Those early attempts eventually turned into a career and a lifelong interest in hair, fashion, and personal style.

Outside the salon, Jonathan loves traveling, trying new food, listening to music, and spending time with friends. His outgoing personality carries over behind the chair, where conversation comes easily and no two days are quite the same.
